Plan Your Trek
You tell us when you want to come, and we plan the trek around you, with the mountain having the final say.
How it works
Three Simple Steps

1. Message us
Tell us which trek, your dates, and how many you are. A rough idea is fine.

2. We plan it together
We tell you honestly how the trail is that season, agree the dates and the price, and answer every question.

3. Come to the valley
Meet us at the starting point. We take it from there: food, tents, permits, and the way up.

Questions
Before You Book
Do you have fixed departure dates?
No. We are a small local team, not a big operator with batches. Tell us your dates and group size and we plan around you. If you are on your own and would like company, ask us whether others are going around the same time.
How do I book?
Message us on WhatsApp with the trek, your dates, and how many people. We'll confirm the plan and the price. To book, you pay half the price as an advance by UPI, and we'll tell you how to pay the rest.
I'm travelling from abroad and don't have UPI. How do I pay?
No problem. Message us and we'll sort it out with you. If you're already in the valley, in Kasol or nearby, you can also pay in cash in person, in rupees or in foreign currency.
What does the price include?
Our prices are all-inclusive for the trek itself: stay, three meals a day, a local guide with support staff, transport as described in the itinerary, and permits. Each trek page lists exactly what's included and what's not.
What happens if the weather turns bad?
We don't take risks with the mountain. If snow, rain, or storm makes a section unsafe, we wait, change the route, or turn back. We'll talk with you openly about what's possible: other dates, or a different trek.
What if I need to cancel?
Plans change, we understand. If you cancel, we return 80% of the money you've paid. Message us as early as you can.
Can I come alone? Is it safe for women?
Yes. Solo travellers, women travelling alone, and families are all welcome. You trek with our guide and our team, all people from the valley.
Is there a minimum age?
For the multi-day passes (Sar Pass, Hamta, Bunbuni, and Pin Parvati) trekkers should be at least 18. Kheerganga is different: children are welcome there with their parents.
Do I need my own gear?
Tents, sleeping bags, and mattresses are provided. You bring your own clothing, shoes, and backpack. Each trek page has a packing list. If you are missing something, ask us and we'll try to help you find it locally.
Can someone carry my backpack?
Yes, we can find someone from the village to carry it. It isn't part of the trek price, and the cost depends on how heavy your bag is. Ask us when you book.
Do you take international travellers?
Yes, international travellers are welcome. Bring your passport and visa for any checks along the way, and arrange travel insurance that covers trekking at altitude. See the question above about paying without UPI.
Can you organise a private or custom trek?
Yes. Because we don't run fixed batches, we can adjust the pace, add a rest day, or shape the trip around your group. Tell us what you have in mind.
